Scott works passionately with inventors, exhaustively maximizing the protection of their new invention. He enjoys preparing and prosecuting patents spanning a wide range of subject matter, specializing in high technology. Scott also enjoys client counseling, opinions, state-of-the-art analyses, and patent analytics. Scott focuses his practice on electrical, mechanical, computer hardware, and software, among many others.
Prior to joining Kagan Binder, Scott most recently worked in-house at IBM in the intellectual property department.
